Return Policy

At Arnolex.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy as mentioned below:

1. Customized Products

  • All customized phone covers are made specifically as per customer requirements.

  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

2. Other Products

  • For non-customized products, returns are accepted only if:

    • The product received is defective, or

    • The customer has received the wrong product.

  • Customers must provide a clear video proof of the unboxing/package opening showing the issue for the return request to be considered.

3. Conditions for Return Approval

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Once the return is approved, customers will be guided on how to send the product back.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or third-party accessories

  • Products without proper unboxing video proof
