  • Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only; actual product colors/designs may vary slightly.

  • Customized products are created as per the customer’s request and are non-returnable unless received with a manufacturing defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

    • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Arnolex does not store your complete payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery partner and location.

  • Arnolex is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Wrong item received

  • Customers must provide video proof of unboxing in case of defective/wrong item claims.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Order cancellations are not possible once a customized product has been processed

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Arnolex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website.

  • While we ensure quality checks, Arnolex is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or third-party accessories.
